Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Excellent service, prompt and very helpful with my problem. Didn t charge me a call out fee as didn t need any work doing. Would use them again if I have any problems .

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
